I’m getting an error when uploading or downloading my photos.

We recommend using Google Chrome as a browser.

If using Chrome, you may need to clear your browser cache, but make sure to log out from your account and close the Phixer tab.


Try to clear the browser cache. Here's how:

  1. Open the Chrome browser.
  2. At the top right, tap More.
  3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Tap Clear data.

After clearing the cache, try again to download/upload the photos. If you still get the same error, our support team will contact you via email as soon as possible.
