How to create a Virtual Staging project?

Option 1: Create a new project, select "Virtual Staging," and upload the photos you'd like staged.

Option 2: Navigate to a completed project, open it, select "Virtual Staging", and select the images you'd like to be staged.

Next:

1. Make room selections.

   • Review the catalog to choose a Furniture Style and room style for each photo.

2. Then select any rooms that need to be “Decluttered.”

   • This is $10 per photo. Photos can only be virtually staged if the room is empty.

   • Our team will automatically declutter any photos submitted for Virtual Staging if more than 10% of the photo has furniture/stuff in them. Declutter charged $10 per photo.

3. Then submit the project.
